Quest:

Quest can be found on normal VIP, behind 400lvl door.

While being on quest we head north until we get to the wall of building, which we pass from right side.

Then, we still head north, until we reach another building, in front of which there are stairs that lead up.

We enter the stairs.

Then, with other stairs, which can be found next to right wall of building we go down.

In the south, there is chest with prize - Pigeon Trophy.
